A great and adventurous way to explore the island is by covered wagon. This is ideal for guests who already know the island and who want to visit places that are less accessible by bicycle or on foot.

De Wadvaarder works together with Puur Terschelling from Oosterend. The equipment is first rate, the horses are magnificent and the coach driver has many interesting stories to tell. Coffee on the beach and a glass of the local brandy make the journey even more pleasant. Also possible: fishing for shrimp with wagon-drawn nets!
